Re-Imagining Retail Consumer Experiences Post Digital (Appliances)

During my time at NID, I worked on a project in collaboration with TATA Digital to 'Reimagine the Retail Consumer Experience in a Post Digital World'. The project was an intensive 8 week engagement which involved mystery shopping, speaking to store staff and managers, interviewing users in their homes to understand consumer behaviours and aspirations. 

From synthesis of research, creating user journeys, framing actionable insights and 'how might we's' to ideating upon solutions, I tried to envision the world of physical and digital and how we can facilitate the right user need using appropriate digital interventions in their purchase journeys.

I worked in a multi disciplinary team collaborating with design and non-design stakeholders alike : UX Designers, Product Managers, Sales and Marketing Heads and Heads of Retail at TATA Digital
