Re-Designing Fractal's Travel Experience
Crafting for the Mobile and Web

At Fractal, I worked on a project which involved complete redesign of the travel tool which is at the core of Fractal's business. I played an integral part in gathering insights about the attitudes, emotions, and behaviours of people who use the product to inspire and inform the newly built design. 

From creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes — I envisioned how people experience the existing product, and brought a new and refined experience to life in a way that is intuitive, quick, and even magical. The work involved synthesis of research, insight generation, user journey mapping, building information architecture, wireframes, hi-fidelity digital mockups for mobile and web. 

I worked in a multi-disciplinary team collaborating with design and non-design stakeholders alike : Product Managers, UX Designers, Researchers, Writers and Engineers.

As an Interaction Designer, I relied on user-centered design methods to craft the industry-leading user experiences—from concept to execution. I collaborated with the marketing team to use the Fractal design language to build a beautiful, innovative, and inspired product that people love to use.
